Cloudflare
Network, security and serverless in one place
Cloudflare runs one of the largest networks on the internet and offers CDN, DNS, DDoS protection and a web application firewall on top of it. With Workers your own code runs in more than 330 cities, joined by storage such as R2, D1 and KV and by Workers AI for models on the network. Billing is based on actual CPU time rather than wall-clock time, and many services come with a fixed free allowance.
Why it made the cut- Workers without cold starts in over 330 cities
- R2 object storage, D1 database and KV
- DDoS protection on the free plan too
