What it is

Photopea is a browser-based image editor modelled on Photoshop that can open and save PSD files. Layers, masks, adjustment layers, filters and vector tools are included, and it reads formats such as AI, PDF, Figma files and RAW photos. Everything is processed locally on your own device, so files are never uploaded.
