UI transitions as a library, skill and agent

What it is

Transitions.dev is a collection of finely tuned UI transitions for web apps, such as modals, dropdowns or badges, each written as CSS with motion tokens. A skill brings the recipes into Claude Code, Cursor or Codex, which then apply them where they fit or align existing animations. The Transitions Agent scores a codebase's motion from 0 to 100 and proposes fixes as pull requests.
