Forminit

Forminit receives form submissions while the design and markup stay entirely in your own project. In the simplest case the endpoint URL goes into the action of an HTML form, and there is a small SDK for React, Next.js, Vue and others. File uploads up to 25 MB, server-side validation, spam protection, email notifications and webhooks are included, and UTM parameters are stored automatically.
