What it is

OpenCode is a coding agent for the terminal, with a desktop app and a VS Code extension alongside. It works with over 75 providers, through your own API keys, an existing ChatGPT or Copilot subscription, or local models. Two built-in agents split the work: one only plans and asks first, the other carries it out.
