What it is

PageSpeed Insights is a free web service from Google that shows real-user data and a lab test side by side for any URL. Field data comes from the Chrome User Experience Report for the past 28 days, while the lab test runs Lighthouse on a simulated mid-range phone and on desktop. Whether a page passes the Core Web Vitals depends on LCP, INP and CLS across three quarters of visits.
